General-purpose liquid silicone rubber with hardness 10–80 Shore A. Excellent for most consumer and industrial applications.

Medical Grade LSR (ISO 10993)

Biocompatible grades tested per ISO 10993 for cytotoxicity, sensitization, and implantation. FDA-compliant.

Food Grade LSR (FDA 21 CFR)

FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant LSR for food-contact applications. Suitable for baking, cooking, and food storage.

High-Temperature LSR

Maintains properties from -60°C to +230°C. Used in automotive and industrial environments with extreme thermal cycles.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ)

LSR is a two-component platinum-cured system injected at low viscosity and cured in a closed mold. It produces flash-free, consistent parts at high speed.

Is LSR safe for medical and food contact?

Medical and food-grade LSR grades are available that comply with ISO 10993, FDA 21 CFR, and EU food contact regulations.

What tolerances can you achieve with LSR?
