LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) is a two-component platinum-cured system injected at low viscosity and cured in a closed mold. It produces flash-free, consistent parts at high speed. Solid silicone is compression molded and generally less precise.
Yes. We use masterbatch colorants to achieve custom colors matched to your Pantone or RAL specification. Transparent and translucent grades are also available.
Medical and food-grade LSR grades are available that comply with ISO 10993, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, and EU food contact regulations. We provide full material certification with delivery.
Standard tolerance is ±0.05mm. For critical medical applications, we can hold ±0.02mm with precision tooling and process control.
Yes. LSR bonds well to many thermoplastics (PC, PA, PBT) using primer or self-adhesive grades. We offer 2-component LSR/thermoplastic overmolding in a single cycle.
