Standard mold steel for prototype and medium-volume production molds. Hardness around 30 HRC, easy to machine. Applications: Prototype molds, low to medium volume.
Premium tool steel hardened to 48–52 HRC. Excellent thermal fatigue resistance for long-run production molds. Applications: High-volume production molds.
Stainless mold steel ideal for PVC, transparent PC, and materials that produce corrosive gases. Applications: Optical parts, PVC, transparent materials.
Good polishability and machinability. A cost-effective choice for medium to high volume molds. Applications: Consumer products, medium-high volume.
